Shipping Refund Policy
Mayro is not responsible for refunding shipping fees, including cash on delivery or prepaid charges (which also applies to orders with free shipping, discounted by Mayro). If you request a refund, you will be required to cover the shipping or return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your order amount. Additionally, we will need your bank information to process the refund.
Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Order Processing:
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
