Refund Policy

Replacement, Return, and Refund

You can request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery. Returns will be credited as Mayro store credit equivalent to the product's price, which can be used for future purchases.

No refunds will be issued unless we are unable to replace your product under these conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged product delivered (not damaged in your possession)

Free Replacement

Free replacement is available only for the first request.
If we cannot arrange a pickup for replacement, you are responsible for delivering the package to our address at your own expense.
Customers can replace their product multiple times but will bear delivery expenses after the first replacement.

Note: Jewelry color may slightly vary from images due to photographic conditions and cannot be replaced for this issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post).
  3. Contact your bank (processing time can vary).

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mayro.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at support@mayro.com and send your item to:

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty covers the product's color and upper gold plating.
  • External damage terminates the warranty.
  • Customers must ship products to our address to use the warranty. We do not arrange pickups for warranty claims.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For items over 5000 rupees, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
